During my shopping in the vicinity of NSB Road, Trichy 2 .on the evening of 25/04/2022(by 6.00 pm) I lost my ECB Passbook on oversight. This is due to my own negligence, I went shopping in 2 places,1)Service center / Repair Centre MANGAL AND MANGAL NSB Road-Trichy-2 2)Main Shopping mall -MANGAL AND MANGAL With 4 floors.-for purchasing Electrical goods/ I returned home without checking my bag for its availability The passbook details are:SB Account Holder:- P.ViswanathanSB-Account Number:- 507523 (H.O.BHEL-ECB) I kept my passbook safely inserted into one of the English periodical books which in turn was in my cotton shoulder bag.I never expected this bad incident will take place and I request whomsoever finds this passbook may Kindly Hand it over to the ECB -Employees Cooperative Bank, in the Clives Hostel BRANCH (First Floor), Nandhi Kovil Street, (Near Agasthiyar Book Shop) (or–Near Padma coffee)(PH.No.0431-270220)In the meantime, I request ECB authorities concerned to block all transactions over my account and make it inoperative till my personal appearance with Aadhar or PAN Card. in the Teppakulam Branch or the H.O in the Kailasapuram Township.
